It was the quintessential summer night, I swear it to be true.
We sat out back in the dark, in front of a little fire, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores amidst the ringing laughter of the children, the chirping of the crickets, and the most awesome of summer breezes swirling around us.
It was darn near magical.
Good times, good friends, good memories made right here…

We spent a super fun evening with Jenny and her family last night over at their place.
This was our first “of any duration” outing with Luxe and she was a trouper, letting us hang out from 6:00ish well into the night.
Kevin picked up this floating pool HOUSE at the store yesterday and my gang was as eager as his own kids to test it out!
There’s a whole nighttime fun section coming if I can keep this house quiet enough in the next 30 minutes for my baby to continue sleeping.
If not, hopefully I’ll get it posted at SOME point this week.
Oh, how I miss my blog….
No such luck–my babe is already up!
(She senses when I might be doing something pleasurable and is quick to nip it in the bud just in case I happen to decide I like doing THAT thing more than feeding her 24 hours a day.)
